Nepal Civil Aviation Authority (CAAN), Head Office, Notice Regarding Appointment on Contract Service.
As the following positions under the approved posts of Nepal Civil Aviation Authority are vacant and are to be appointed on contract service for a maximum period of one year, subject to automatic termination upon permanent fulfillment of the posts, in accordance with Rule 4.11 of the Nepal Civil Aviation Authority Employees’ Service, Conditions and Facilities Regulations, 2056, this notice has been published to inform eligible Nepali citizens who meet the prescribed qualifications to submit an application form through the Online Application Form available on the Authority’s website: caanepal.gov.np within 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of publication of this notice.

Minimum Required Academic Qualification:
Passed Bachelor’s level or equivalent in Science or Information Technology (IT) or Management or Engineering from a recognized educational institution, and completed at least 1 (one) year basic Air Traffic Services training from an institution recognized by the Authority.

Candidates who pass the written examination will attend the interview on 2082/08/26 at the Authority’s Head Office, Sinamangal.

Fees and Online Application Procedure

Application Fee: Rs. 1,200 (one thousand two hundred).

Method of Applying and Paying the Fee Online:
After selecting the desired advertisement in the Online Job Application system available on the Authority’s website and clicking “Apply Now,” the applicant must complete User Registration, fill in all details related to the advertisement, and pay the prescribed application fee through any one of the payment gateways available in the Online Recruitment System. Applications not submitted as per the prescribed procedure may be cancelled at any time.
Eligibility and Service Conditions

Age Limit:
By the last date of application submission, the candidate must have completed 21 years of age and must not have exceeded 35 years in the case of males and 40 years in the case of females and persons with disabilities. -
Place of Work:
Airports offices outside the Kathmandu Valley under the Authority. -
Salary and Facilities:
As per the rules of the Authority.

The following documents must be attached with the application form:

Citizenship Certificate: Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.

Academic Qualification Certificates: Copies of academic transcripts, character certificates (showing date of birth), and original/provisional academic certificates.

Air Traffic Services Training Certificates: Certified copies of basic Air Traffic Services related training certificates obtained by the candidate.

Application Fee Receipt: Cash receipt of the application fee deposited for the concerned post.

Candidates who have obtained academic qualifications from foreign boards or universities must attach the equivalence determination certificate issued by the Curriculum Development Centre or Tribhuvan University.
