Central Finance Limited Announces Vacancies for Branch In-Charge and Other Positions

Central Finance Limited, a national-level Class "C" financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, has invited applications for various positions at its Head Office and branch offices.

The financial institution, located in Kupondole, Lalitpur, has been operating for more than 29 years and is seeking applications from qualified and result-oriented Nepali citizens.

The available positions, work locations, educational qualifications, and experience requirements are detailed below.

1. Branch In-Charge (Up to Officer Level)

• Work Location: Kathmandu and outside Kathmandu Valley.

• Educational Qualification: Must have completed at least a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Candidates with a Master's Degree will be given preference.

• Work Experience: At least five years of relevant work experience in banks and financial institutions (BFIs) is mandatory.

• Additional Requirements: Must possess skills in credit appraisal, risk analysis, leadership, and achieving assigned targets.

• Age Limit: Must not exceed 40 years.

2. Relationship Manager (Assistant to Officer Level)

• Work Location: Kathmandu and outside Kathmandu Valley.

• Educational Qualification: Must have completed a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

• Work Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in banks and financial institutions.

• Additional Requirements: Must have knowledge of Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) guidelines and the ability to conduct credit analysis.

• Age Limit: Must not exceed 35 years.

3. Information Technology (IT) Department

• Work Location: Head Office.

• Educational Qualification: Must have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from a recognized university.

• Technical Knowledge: Must have knowledge of digital banking, mobile banking, internet banking, payment systems, website management, computer hardware, and networking.

• Preferred Qualification: Candidates with knowledge of the Core Banking System (CBS – PUMORI) will be given preference.

• Age Limit: Must not exceed 35 years.

4. Operations Department (Assistant Level)

• Work Location: Kathmandu and outside Kathmandu Valley.

• Educational Qualification: Must have completed a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

• Computer Skills: Must be proficient in computer operations.

• Preferred Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in banks and financial institutions and with the Core Banking System (CBS – PUMORI).

• Age Limit: Must not exceed 30 years.

General Qualifications for All Positions

According to the financial institution, applicants for all positions must:
