Master's in Public Health or equivalent degree from a recognized institution

Required Competencies

·  Experienced in leading program and team management at the community level, grant writing, partner (including government stakeholders and Donors) management

· Leadership and management skills

· Gender Equity and Social Inclusion Understanding and Experience

·  Exposure and understanding of digital platforms for community health management information systems will be preferred

· Excellent Command in written and spoken English and Nepali

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the implementation of the CHSP

· Provide strategic visioning, leadership and management to the CHSP

· Lead grant applications and partnership (including donors) relationships and management

· Ensure and push for Gender and Social Inclusion perspective into team management and programming
