Gaushala Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Mahottari, Madhesh Province, Nepal.

Since staff must be recruited on contract service for Gaushala Municipal Hospital, Gaushala-4, operated under Gaushala Municipality, this notice is published to inform all concerned. Eligible and interested Nepali citizens who meet the required qualifications are requested to duly fill and submit the application form within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice for the posts mentioned below.

Post: Pediatrician

• Level: Ninth

• Required Number: 1 (one person)

• Examination Fee (Rs.): 2,000

• Age: 21–45

• Minimum Qualification: Must have passed a postgraduate degree in Pediatrics from a recognized educational institution and must be registered with the concerned council.

Post: Medical Lab Technologist

• Level: Sixth

• Required Number: 1 (one person)

• Examination Fee (Rs.): 1,000

• Age: 21–45

• Minimum Qualification: Must have passed a bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory from a recognized educational institution and must be registered with the concerned council.

Required Documents

For posts requiring educational qualification, submit copies of academic certificates, copy of character certificate, copy of Nepali citizenship certificate, and three passport-size photos. For posts requiring experience, submit a copy of the experience certificate as well.

The candidate must sign on the back of all copies and certify them.

Final Date to Apply: Within office hours on 2082/09/11. (If the final day is a public holiday, the application must be submitted within office hours on the next day.)
