Since staff must be recruited on contract service for Gaushala Municipal Hospital, Gaushala-4, operated under Gaushala Municipality, this notice is published to inform all concerned. Eligible and interested Nepali citizens who meet the required qualifications are requested to duly fill and submit the application form within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice for the posts mentioned below.

Minimum Qualification: Must have passed a bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory from a recognized educational institution and must be registered with the concerned council.
Required Documents
For posts requiring educational qualification, submit copies of academic certificates, copy of character certificate, copy of Nepali citizenship certificate, and three passport-size photos. For posts requiring experience, submit a copy of the experience certificate as well.
The candidate must sign on the back of all copies and certify them.

If any obstruction arises from the publication of this vacancy notice up to staff recruitment and appointment, it will be as per the decision of Gaushala Municipality Office.
