Position: Senior Health Programme Officer for Swiss Red Cross/IFRC
Qualification: Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in public health or relevant discipline, such as nursing, global health management, etc.
Experience: 5-7 years of Substantial experience in the management of health project portfolio and project monitoring.
Responsibilities: Senior Health Programme Officer is responsible to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability dimensions of the ongoing and upcoming health projects in Nepal. The Senior Health Program Officer takes an advisory and facilitation role to strengthen the implementation teams' management and technical capacities in order to enhance the quality of programmatic interventions that ensure the attainment of agreed project results and outcomes. S/he will be responsible for lobbying/liaising with relevant state and non-state actors in order to obtain strategic support necessary for the pursuit of programmatic goals. The Senior Health Program Officer actively supports the Country Coordinator in reinforcing SRC's profile in the country.
