Lahan Provincial Hospital Contract Vacancy
Ram Kumar Sharda Uma Prasad Murarka Provincial Hospital, Lahan, Siraha, under the Ministry of Health and Population, Government of Madhesh Province, has invited applications for recruitment of human resources on contract service.
According to the notice published for the first time on 2083/02/09, the required human resources for the hospital will be recruited on contract service until the end of Ashar of fiscal year 2082/083. Interested Nepali citizens who meet the required qualifications must submit the application form properly to the hospital’s Administration Section within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice, along with copies of the required academic qualifications, training, experience, and citizenship certificate. The notice states that applications not submitted properly will not be processed.

Application Details
The place to obtain and submit the application form is the Administration Section of R.U. Provincial Hospital, Lahan.
For assistant-level fourth and fifth levels, applicants must have completed 18 years of age and must not have exceeded 35 years in the case of men and 40 years in the case of women by the final deadline for application submission. For officer level, applicants must have completed 21 years of age and must not have exceeded 40 years.
Examination Fee for Ninth Level: Rs. 1,200/- (one thousand two hundred)
Examination Fee for Eighth Level: Rs. 1,000/- (one thousand)
Examination Fee for Fourth/Fifth Level: Rs. 500/- (five hundred)
Examination Fee for Non-gazetted/Classless Level: Rs. 300/- (three hundred)
Applicants must submit the original voucher along with the application after depositing the fee at Rastriya Banijya Bank under the hospital’s office code 3700516032 and revenue heading no. 14229.
Selection Process and Contact Date
The type of examination will be publication of a shortlist and interview. The contact date has been fixed for Tuesday, 2083/02/26, during office hours.
The list of approved applications among the duly received applications and the notice regarding the examination date will be published on the hospital’s notice board and Facebook page.
Required Documents and Other Conditions
Service facilities will be as per the rules of the Government of Madhesh Province and the Management Committee.
Applicants must self-attest and submit copies of certificates from SLC/SEE up to the minimum required academic qualification, a copy of the citizenship certificate, and copies of registration and renewal certificates from the concerned council.
If the last day for application submission falls on a public holiday, applications may be submitted during office hours on the first day the office opens.
The notice states that the applicant must not have been dismissed from service in a manner that would disqualify them for government service in the future and must not be disqualified under prevailing law. Matters not mentioned in the notice will be governed by prevailing law.
