Laxmi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. (A subsidiary company of Laxmi Sunrise Bank Ltd.) (A “D” Class Microfinance Financial Institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank).
Laxmi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. is a national-level microfinance financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank to conduct “D” class financial transactions. Promoted as a subsidiary company of Laxmi Sunrise Bank Ltd., the institution currently provides microfinance services through 90 branch offices across all seven provinces.
Its main objective is to deliver comprehensive microfinance services—microcredit, micro-savings, micro-insurance, remittance, and mobile banking—to unserved and underserved areas and communities, contributing to their economic and social development.

Position: Information Technology Assistant Level (IT Department)

Number of Positions: 1

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology from a recognized educational institution.

Preference: Candidates with experience in SQL Queries, Networking (Routers, Switches, VPNs), Computer Hardware/Software (Installation, Configuration, and Troubleshooting), Windows Administration, and Office Packages will be given special priority.

Position: Junior Assistant

Number of Positions: Few

Minimum Qualification: Passed Proficiency Certificate Level/10+2 or equivalent.

Experience: Must have at least 1 year of field operation experience in a microfinance institution.

Preference: Candidates owning a motorcycle or scooter will be given special priority.
Other Information
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 30 years for both positions (an additional 5 years for female candidates).
Type, Date, and Venue of Examination: For the Junior Assistant position, details will be informed later according to institutional needs (selection will be province-based).
For the IT Assistant position, candidates will be contacted via telephone.

Nature of Employment: Permanent after a satisfactory performance evaluation during a 6-month probation period.
