The Province Public Service Commission, Lumbini Province has revised the number of posts in advertisements under the Local Civil Service. The Commission stated that the advertised post numbers have been amended after receiving information that the number of vacant posts has decreased from the concerned local levels.
According to Notice No. 182/082-83, this revision was made in line with the Commission’s decision dated February 16, 2026 [2082-11-04 (BS)] after Satyawati Rural Municipality, Gulmi and Thakurbaba Municipality, Bardiya informed that their vacant post numbers had decreased. The Commission clarified that the decision was taken pursuant to Section 19 of the Province Public Service Commission Act, 2076.
