Lumbini PSC Level 4 Performance Evaluation Promotion Notice

The Lumbini Province Public Service Commission, Butwal, has published a notice for promotions through performance evaluation for Assistant Level, Fourth Level (Non-Technical/Technical) posts under the Provincial Civil Service and Local Civil Service.
As per the notice, eligible candidates must complete the application form in the format prescribed by the Commission and submit the application by March 12, 2026 (2082/11/28 BS).
In accordance with the Provincial Civil Service Act, 2080 and the Local Civil Service Act, 2081, the following posts will be filled through promotion by performance evaluation. The notice includes the promotion notice number, post, level, service/group, and number of positions as follows.

Application form and submission
According to the Commission, the application form can be downloaded from www.ppsc.lumbini.gov.np.
The concerned candidate must clearly fill out one copy of the application form and submit it to the Commission’s office within the application deadline.
The notice states that the applications received will be sent in a consolidated manner, by promotion notice number, to the secretariat of the concerned promotion committee. It is also informed that no action will be taken on applications received after the deadline.
Application fee and deposit details
The application fee is NPR 400 (four hundred rupees).
The fee must be deposited into the Single Treasury Account maintained at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Account No. 10001002000010000. The Office Code 3100048015 (Province Public Service Commission) and Revenue Heading No. 14224 are also mentioned.
The note states that the original bank voucher (proof of revenue deposit) must be submitted along with the application for promotion through performance evaluation.
