CTEVT Invites Online Applications for Promotion Posts
Sanothimi, Bhaktapur | February 6, 2026 [2082-10-23 (BS)]
The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Post Fulfilment Committee, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur has invited online applications to fill vacant posts under the Council service in Technical and Training and Administration services through promotion based on seniority and work performance, and promotion based on capability evaluation.
According to the notice, employees working in a post one class below than the promotion post, who have completed the required permanent service period and have met the qualifications prescribed by the Regulation, must submit an online application by 12:00 midnight on March 7, 2026 [2082-11-23 (BS)].
Eligibility
Applicants must be working in the relevant service/group/sub-group and must have completed the following minimum permanent service period:

Assistant level: At least 3 (three) years

Officer level: 5 (five) years
Applicants must meet the qualification requirements as prescribed by the Regulation.
Document Upload Requirement
The notice clearly states that no action will be taken on applications that do not upload the required documents within the specified deadline or that do not meet the required procedure.

Documents Required to Upload With the Application

Recommendation letter certified by the concerned office/institute head, with evidence that the applicant has:

Completed permanent service period in the post one class below (Assistant level: 3 fiscal years; Officer level: 5 fiscal years), and

Obtained the required academic qualification

Photo, Signature, Fee Payment Method, and Fee Rates

Work Performance Evaluation and Supporting Records
The notice states that, as per Regulation 41(3), the work performance evaluation of potential candidates will be counted up to FY 2081/82 (BS).
It also states that, while calculating other marks, the marks obtained up to the final deadline for submitting the promotion application will be counted.
Applicants are required to attach, by self-attesting copies, the complete set of documents of all offices where they have worked from the initial permanent appointment at service entry to the present, along with academic qualification and training certificates.
