Lumbini Provincial Hospital Calls for Contract Staff Applications, Including Medical Officers
Lumbini Provincial Hospital, Butwal, under the Ministry of Health of the Lumbini Province Government, has invited applications to recruit employees on a service contract until the end of Asar in the current fiscal year. The hospital published the notice on 2083 Shrawan 12, inviting applications from interested Nepali citizens who meet the minimum educational qualifications.
The hospital stated that the positions will be filled through open competition in accordance with the Contract Employee Management Procedure, 2080, as amended. Applicants must submit a duly completed application form, the prescribed documents, and a bank voucher showing payment of the application fee to Lumbini Provincial Hospital, Butwal, during office hours.
According to the notice, the application deadline is 2083 Shrawan 21. Applications that do not meet the prescribed requirements will not be processed.

Applicants must have passed the Proficiency Certificate Level or equivalent with Computer as a subject from a recognized educational institution.
Alternatively, applicants must have passed the Proficiency Certificate Level or equivalent from a recognized educational institution and completed at least six months of computer training from a registered institution.

Except for the Computer Operator position, applicants for all other posts—Medical Officer, Staff Nurse, Lab Technician, Health Assistant, and Auxiliary Health Worker—must possess the minimum educational qualifications specified in the Schedule to the Provincial Civil Service Regulations, Lumbini Province, 2080.
Special Roster for Three Positions
The hospital has introduced a special roster system for the Medical Officer, Staff Nurse, and Lab Technician positions.
The hospital stated that employees have been leaving their positions frequently and that contract personnel may be required immediately to fill resulting vacancies. A roster will therefore be prepared according to the order of merit.
When the shortlist is published, the roster will include a maximum of:

Candidates will be hired on service contracts according to the order of merit from the same roster for positions that become vacant within one year. The hospital stated that the service contract will automatically terminate if the position is filled through permanent recruitment.
