Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Company Seeks Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Through Open Competition
Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Company Limited has invited applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The company’s Chief Executive Officer Appointment Recommendation Subcommittee published the first notice on २०८३/०४/११, inviting qualified, competent, and experienced Nepali citizens to apply for the position through open competition.
Position Details
According to the company, one Chief Executive Officer will be appointed on a contractual basis for a term of up to four years.
Minimum Academic Qualifications and Professional Experience
Applicants must meet one of the following minimum qualification requirements:

A Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering or Business Administration, along with at least 10 years of professional experience in the relevant field; or

A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, along with at least 12 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
Preference and Age Limit
The notice states that preference will be given to candidates with experience working at the officer level or above in hydropower project construction and experience serving as a Chief Executive Officer, executive head, or senior-level manager in a hydropower company.
Applicants must have completed 40 years of age and must not be older than 60 years as of the application deadline.
Selection Process and Remuneration
The selection process will be conducted in accordance with the provisions specified in the Terms of Reference (ToR).
The remuneration, service benefits, and other terms of the position will be determined in accordance with the company’s prevailing rules and mutual agreement.
