Madhesh Pradesh Lok Sewa Aayog Vacancy for 5th Level Technical and Non-Technical Positions: Province Public Service Commission, Madhesh Province, Janakpurdham, Administration Branch Notification of promotion to the post of Assistant Fifth Level (Non-Technical/Technical) of Province Civil Service

According to the Province Civil Service Act, 2077, for the following posts to be filled by promotion, potential candidates of the Province Civil Service are informed to fill out the details mentioned in the application form prescribed by the Province Public Service Commission and apply.

The application form can be downloaded from the website of the Madhesh Pradesh Public Service Commission www.ppsc.p2.gov.np. The concerned candidate should submit one copy of the application form clearly filled in the office of the Commission within the last date of submitting the application. No action will be taken on applications received after the deadline.

The office of the commission will arrange to send the application forms received in this way to the secretariat of the concerned promotion committee in one lump sum according to the received promotion notification number.

Matters to be considered by the candidates while applying

(a) Should not be ineligible for promotion as per Section 31 of the Province Civil Service Act, 2077.

(b) In accordance with section 30 of the Province Civil Service Act, 2077, the minimum service period required to be a candidate for promotion must have been reached and educational qualifications must have been obtained.

(b) While filling out the application form, the reference number obtained from the civil library must be mentioned compulsorily.

(c) In the case of educational qualifications for which equivalence has been determined, a certified copy of the equivalence determination must be submitted compulsorily.

(d) The details as mentioned in all sections of the application form should be clearly disclosed.

(e) For the fifth level of application fee, Rs. 400 (four hundred) will have to be paid.

Advertisement of open, inclusive, and inter-service competitive written examination for the post of Assistant Fifth Level (Non-Technical/Technical) of Province Civil Service

Since the vacant posts of the following services, groups, sub-groups, and levels of the Province Civil Service have to be filled through open, inclusive, and inter-service competitive examinations; Applications are invited from candidates who meet the qualifications as per below. Candidates who meet the specified minimum qualifications should apply through the commission's online application system www.ppsconline.p2.gov.np.

Type of Examination:- Written, Practical and Interview.

Exam date:- Will be published later.

Examination Center:- Janakpurdham.

Application Fee:- For Assistant Fifth Level Rs. 400 (four hundred) and after that for each additional (open, inclusive and inter-service) Rs. 200 (two hundred) additional fee will have to be paid.

Last date for submission of the application:- 2079-9-20 and double payment till 2079-9-27.

Candidate's age limit:- Must be 18 years old by 2079-9-20 and not exceeding 35 years in case of male candidates, and not exceeding 40 years in case of female candidates. Not exceeding 40 years in case of engineering services, agricultural services, forest services and health services. There will be no age limit for civil servants.

Method and place of submitting the application fee: After submitting the form through the Commission's online application system, click on My Application, click on All Application, then click on the Pay button of the advertisement you have applied for, select National Commercial Bank or Nepal Bank Limited in Bank Option and select Online/Offline Payment can be made by choosing one of the payment options.

To pay the application through Online Payment: After choosing Rashtriya Banijya Bank or Nepal Bank Limited, click Next on Online Payment Select and then the amount can be paid by ConnectIPS Login. Candidates making online payments can make payments immediately using any of the designated wallets.

To pay the application from Offline: After selecting Rashtriya Banijya Bank or Nepal Bank Limited, click Next on Offline Payment Select, then click on Click here, download the voucher, print it, go to the respective bank along with the same voucher and pay the specified amount.

Documents to be uploaded:- Candidates should upload educational qualification, training, experience (in the form specified by the commission), business permit certificate, inclusive group opening document and other documents specified in the relevant advertisement in the designated place of the online application system in PDF format. All candidates should scan the front part of their citizenship certificate and upload it in JPG format. The candidate should be fully responsible for the details mentioned in the application.

The minimum educational qualification required for each of the open and inclusive posts in the State Civil Service

(a) Assistant Fifth Level (Non-Technical/Technical) (Service, Group, Sub-Group):

In addition to not being disqualified according to section 16 of the State Civil Service Act, 2075, he should have obtained the following minimum educational qualification.

For Administration Service, General Administration Group: Passed at Proficiency Certificate level or equivalent from a recognized educational institution.
For Administration Services, Accounts Group: Proficiency certificate level in management or commerce from a recognized educational institution or equivalent in any one of the core subjects of economics, mathematics or statistics or public administration.
For the post of Engineering, Civil, General, Sub-Engineer: Passed in Civil Engineering from a recognized educational institution with certificate level or equivalent.
For the posts of Engineering, Civil, Sanitary, Sub-Engineer: Passed in Civil Engineering from a recognized educational institution with certificate level or equivalent.
For the post of Engineering, Civil, Building and Architect, Sub-Engineer: Passed in Civil or Architectural Engineering from a recognized educational institution with certificate level or equivalent.
For the posts of Engineering, Civil, Irrigation, Sub-Engineer: Passed in related engineering subject from a recognized educational institution with certificate level or equivalent.
For the post of A.G.H.G., Engineering., Geology, Hydrogeology: BSc with Geology as the main subject from a recognized educational institution.
For the post of Agriculture, Crop Protection and Horticulture, Technical Assistant: Passed Proficiency Certificate level (ISc Ag) from a recognized educational institution or passed SLC/TSC and passed Diploma (Major in Plant Science) of minimum 3 years duration or JTA Passed the course and passed 1 year JT course (Technical Certificate) in Agricultural Science.
For the post of Agriculture, Fisheries, Technical Assistant: Passed Proficiency Certificate level (ISc Ag) in Agriculture or Animal Science from a recognized educational institution or Passed SLC/TSLC with a minimum duration of 3 years Diploma in Agriculture or Animal Science or passed JTA course in Agriculture or Animal Science Passed 1 year JT Course (Technical Certificate).
For the post of Ban, General Forestry, Reverer: Passed in Forest Science from a recognized educational institution with the main subject of Silviculture, Forest Resource Measurement (Forest Mensuration) and Forest Management or equivalent.
For the post of Forest, Soil and Water Conservation, Land Conservation Assistant: Passed in Forest Science from a recognized educational institution or equivalent.
For the post of Education, Education Administration, Inspection, Technical Assistant: Certificate level or equivalent in Education from a recognized educational institution.
Miscellaneous, for the post of Women Development Inspector (only women can compete): Passed at Proficiency Certificate level or equivalent from a recognized educational institution.
For Health, Health Inspection, Health Assistant posts: Passed certificate level in general medicine from a recognized educational institution.
