Mechi Eye Hospital is a charitable (not-for-profit) tertiary eye hospital with 220 beds delivering comprehensive eye care services at the community level under Mechi Eye Hospital Sangh. We are looking for potential and deserving candidates for the following positions:
1. Ophthalmologists:
Vetro-retina Surgeon - 1
Oculoplasty Surgeon - 1
Glaucoma Specialist - 1
Cornea Specialist - 1
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have MD/MS (Master in Surgery or Medicine) in Ophthalmology from a recognized University/ Institute and possess Nepal Medical Council Specialty Registration Certificate
- At least a six-month fellowship in a respective sub-specialty from a recognized institute
- Competency in Phaco surgery is preferred
Academic Coordinator: 1
Responsibility: Smooth running of MD ophthalmology & Optometry courses in MEH
Qualification: MD in Ophthalmology, work experience in a teaching hospital is preferred
Interested and aspiring candidates should have a pleasant personality, sound conceptual & analytical skills, and be team players with excellent interpersonal & communication skills along with a positive attitude suitable for the profession.
