Bagmati Pradesh Government, Ministry of Culture and Tourism (MCAT), Bagmati Pradesh, Hetouda, Makwanpur, Nepal Notice regarding contracting of engineer and sub-engineer services.
Under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Government of Bagmati Province, this Tourism Development Project, Hetaunda, Makwanpur and Tourism Development Project, Unit Office, Kathmandu approved for the fiscal year 2079/80 for the temporary posts of engineers and sub-engineers on a contract of service up to end of Ashad 2080. This notification has been published for interested Nepalese citizens who are eligible to apply within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notification along with the documents to be attached with the application by affixing a stamp of Rs.10/-. This notice and the format of the related application form have been placed in the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Bagmati Province, Hetaunda notice board and website www.mocat.bagamati.gov.np and Tourism Development Project, Hetaunda notice board and website www.tdp3.gov.np.

Basis of Selection:- Interview.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
Information about the short list of applicants will be placed on the notice board and website of the ministry and project.
Candidate's age limit:
(1) In the case of engineers, 21 years are completed and not exceed 40 years.
(2) In the case of a sub-engineer, 18 years completed and not exceeding 40 years.
The office where the candidate should work:- Tourism Development Project, Hetaunda and Unit Office, Kathmandu under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
Working area- 13 districts within Bagmati province.

Minimum educational qualification required:-
(1) Minimum BE Civil Engineering pass from a recognized educational institution for Engineer.
(2) Minimum Proficiency Certificate Level or Diploma pass in Civil Engineering from a recognized educational institution for the post of Sub-Engineer.
Salary facility: Prevailing starting salary of the same level as Bagmati Province Government.
Service facilities and Job Descriptions: According to the conditions and job description specified in the contract.
Documents to be attached with the application:-
(a) Attested copies of certificates of minimum and upper educational qualification
(b) Attested copy of the certificate of Nepalese citizenship
(c) Attested copy of registration certificate obtained from Nepal Engineering Council
(d) Attested copy of character certificate
(e) Attested copy of Equivalence Certificate in case of study from a foreign educational institution
(f) Certified copy of work experience document, if any.
Note:- Copies must be certified by a notary public.
Application form:- The form should be downloaded from the website of the Ministry and this project and submitted.
Place and date of interview:- It will be placed on the website or notice board of the Ministry and Tourism Development Project.
Place of submission of application:- Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Bagmati Province, Hetaunda, Tourism Development Project during office hours.
It can be submitted at Hetaunda and Unit Office, Kathmandu. No action will be taken on the application which is not received properly. Apart from what is written in it, other things will be as determined by the selection and recommendation committee.
