1. For nec, Changunarauan - Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)

Administration - 1 (One)	Minimum Masters in Management with 3.2 CGPA in 4 point scale or a first division. At least 10 years of professional administrative and management experience in executive-level out of which 5 years at a graduate-level educational institute.

2. For nec-CPS (Centre for Post Graduate Studies), Prayagpokharai, Lalitpur: Associate Professor /Assistant Professor:

M.Sc. Construction Management (CM) -1 (One)	Ph.DJM.Sc. in CM or in related subject with at least 3 years of teaching experience.
M.Sc. Transportation Engineering and Management (IIEAM) -1 (One)	Ph.DJM.Sc. in TEAM or in related subject with at least 3 years of teaching experience.
M.Sc. Natural Resowces Management (NRM) -1 (One)	Ph.DJM.Sc. in related subject with at least 3 years of teaching experience.
M.Sc. Interdisciplinary Water Resources Management (iWRM) -1 (One)	Ph.DJM.Sc. in related subject with at least 3 years of teaching experience.
