Vacancy Announcement: Nepal Eye Program (NEP) / Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology (TIO), a center of excellence in comprehensive eye care service delivery including training; research; intraocular lens manufacturing facility; eye bank, and community program is currently looking for qualified Nepali candidates to apply for the following position:
1. Position: Ophthalmic Assistant (Level-5B)
- Number of requirements: Five;
- Work Station: NEP/TIO Outreach Department.
- Modes of Hiring: Time-bound.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Ophthalmic Science
- Registered with Nepal Health Professional Council.
- Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work in additional & flexible time.
2. Position: Research Assistant (Level-5B)
- Number of requirements: One;
- Work Station: Kathmandu Eye Study.
- Modes of Hiring: Work-based until Kathmandu Eye Study
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Ophthalmic Science
- Registered with Nepal Health Professional Council.
- Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work in additional & flexible time.
3. Position: Maintenance Assistant (Level-5B).
- Number of requirements: One;
- Work Station: HCEH (Hetauda)
- Modes of Hiring: Time-bound
Minimum Requirements:
- At least three-year Diploma or equivalent PCL in Mechanical Engineering.
- Preference will be given to Mechanical overseers with some years of experience & exposure in overall engineering functions including electrical, electronics, sanitation, civil and environmental.
