NTC Application Call for Promotion Based on Performance Evaluation

Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited (Nepal Telecom) has invited applications to fill various vacant posts through promotion based on performance evaluation.
As per the consent of the Public Service Commission and the Employee Regulations, 2078, the Company has requested applications from eligible internal employees for posts from Level 3 to Level 11.
Eligibility Criteria
According to the notice, employees may apply if they:

Have completed a permanent service period of three fiscal years in the immediate lower-level post under the relevant service, group, and subgroup

Have achieved the required minimum educational qualification
Interested candidates must submit the online application form through the Company’s ERP System within 30 days from the date the notice was published.
Online Application Process Through the ERP System
Applicants must log in using their ERP ID and go to the NDCL Employee Candidate Role.
They must upload certificates that clearly show:

Personal profile details

Minimum and additional educational qualifications obtained

In-service training

Appointment and transfer
-
Ramana letter
-
Seniority
-
Experience by geographical area
Printout and Physical File Submission
After filling the online form, the applicant must print the Application Details and prepare a file containing a numbered application along with copies of the required documents.
The Company has requested that:

Employees working in offices within the Kathmandu Valley submit the file to the Secretariat of the Central Office Recruitment Committee

Employees working in offices outside the Valley submit the file to the relevant Provincial Directorate
This must be done within the same period during which the online application form is being filled.

Posts will be filled under 30 different advertisement numbers from Level 11 to Level 3.

Senior posts such as Chief Technical Officer, Director, Manager, and Deputy Manager are included.

Online application through the Company’s ERP System is mandatory.
