National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) Vacancy Announcement
In accordance with the project agreement signed between the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) and the Delegation of the European Union to Nepal, applications are invited from qualified and interested Nepali citizens for the following positions to be filled on a contract basis under the project “Enhancing Capacity and Contribution of the National Human Rights Commission of Nepal (ECNHRC)-2.”
Available Positions
Project Officer – 1 Position

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized educational institution. Experience in a relevant field will be considered an advantage.
Administration and Finance Assistant – 1 Position

Educational Qualification: Proficiency Certificate Level or equivalent in Management from a recognized educational institution. Experience in a relevant field will be considered an advantage.

Personal Bio-Data (Curriculum Vitae)

A concept paper (1,000–1,500 words) covering topics such as project formulation, implementation, operation, monitoring and evaluation, reporting, and financial management.

The selection process will include evaluation of the concept paper, written examination, presentation, and interview.

Priority will be given to candidates from marginalized communities.

Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the written test, presentation, and interview.

Remuneration and benefits will be as specified in the project agreement.

The contract period will be one year, renewable based on performance evaluation.
