Deposit and Credit Guarantee Fund (Nikshep Tatha Karja Surakshan Kosh), Notice on Recruitment Through Internal Competition and Open Competition.

As per the approval of the Public Service Commission, permanent recruitment is to be made through Internal Competition and Open Competitive Examination for the following vacant posts in this Fund. Therefore, eligible Nepali citizens who meet the qualifications below, and who are eligible under the Fund’s Employee Service and Conditions Regulations, 2074, are invited to apply properly through the Online Application Form system available on the Fund’s website www.dcgf.gov.np.

(A) Internal Competition

Examination Fee: NPR 700/- and an additional NPR 300 for the inclusive group

As per the mandamus order issued by the Honorable Supreme Court on 2079/10/24 in relation to certiorari-related petitions including Writ No. 078-WO-0660, recruitment will be carried out accordingly after legal provisions are established, as per the same order.

How to Apply and Pay Fees Through the Online Application System:
Applicants may select the desired advertisement in the Online Application Form system available on the Fund’s website, click the “Apply Now” option, complete user registration, fill in all required details related to the advertisement, and submit the application after paying the prescribed application fee through any one of the payment service providers available in the Online Recruitment System.
Equivalency:
If applicants submit an application based on academic qualifications obtained outside Nepal, they must mandatorily submit a copy of the equivalency certificate determined by the concerned authority along with the application.
Final Date to Apply: 2082/10/29, and up to 2082/11/07 with double fee.
Exam Date and Venue:
The written examination will be conducted by the Public Service Commission, and the date and venue will be published later.
Age Limit:
For Assistant-level posts: Must have completed 18 years of age and must not have exceeded 35 years.
For Officer-level posts: Must have completed 21 years of age and must not have exceeded 35 years.
For women and candidates with disabilities: Must not have exceeded 40 years.
However, the age limit will not apply to permanent employees currently working in the Fund.
Additional Documents Required for Inclusive Group Applicants:
For Indigenous Nationalities (Adivasi/Janajati), applicants must submit documents based on the list of ethnic groups included in the National Foundation for Development of Indigenous Nationalities Act. However, if there are multiple surnames within a listed indigenous group, applicants must also submit a certificate verified by the Chief District Officer, based on the recommendation of the concerned local level, confirming that the surname belongs to the listed ethnic group.
Disqualification:
In addition to the matters specified as disqualifications, applications will not be considered eligible if the applicant has been dismissed from any service in a manner that results in disqualification for future government service or service in any organized institution owned by the Government of Nepal, has been convicted by a court in a criminal case, has been suspended in a government prosecution criminal case, or has a corruption-related case filed in court, or where the charge is proven.
Syllabus for the Written Examination: The syllabus is available on the Fund’s website www.dcgf.gov.np.
Double Fee Period Not Counted for Eligibility Purposes:
The double fee period will not be counted for the purpose of age, academic qualification, training, work experience, and length of service.
Duty Station: The Fund’s Central Office and subordinate offices.
Other Provisions: For matters not mentioned in this notice, the Fund’s Employee Service and Conditions Regulations, 2074 and other prevailing laws will apply.
Cancellation of Improper Applications: Applications submitted without meeting required procedures may be cancelled at any time.
