NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited (NRNIL), a notable publicly listed company in Nepal is actively searching for an accomplished and dynamic professional to assume the role of Chle Executive Officer. Renowned for its substantial contribution to the development of Nepal, NRNIL excels in sectors such as infrastructure, hydropower, finance, and international business.
As our CEO, you will become the driving force behind the company, steering both strategic and operational activities. Your role will encapsulate the spirit of our mission, harmonizing vision with execution while upholding our unwavering commitment to environmentally sustainable renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver strategic and operational leadership.
- Formulate high caliber business strategies and plans.
- Discover and seize new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Supervise daily business activities, including HR operations and management.
- Cultivate a positive, productive company culture.
- Establish robust relationships with key stakeholders, including field visits as needed for project
- Develop and deliver financial strategies, annual plans and budgets, and forecasts.
- Represent NRNIL at local and international forums.
- Establish robust internal controls and corporate governance practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies such as SEWN, OCR, and stock exchange, among others.
- Coordinate with the Board of Directors and associated sub-committees as required.
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree or Masters degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred).
- Significant leadership experience (preferably as a CEO or COO or CIO (Chief investment officer), including an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Comprehensive understanding of business dynamics in Nepal and international markets. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and implementation.
- Capacity to explore, analyse and acquire investment opportunities.
- Excellent financial acumen.
- Proficient in corporate governance and legal guidelines.
- Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- A valid driving license for two and four-wheelers (advantageous).
Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as per company's needs.
- Fluency In English and Nepali (both oral and written).
