Minimum Academic Qualification:

For Information Technology Officer: Minimum educational qualification required for the Computer Officer post as determined by the Public Service Commission or a Bachelor's degree in one of the following subjects from a recognized institution: Computer, ICT, or related fields (BIT, BIM, BBIS, BE in Electronics and Communications/B Tech., Electronics and Communications Engineering, BCA, BCIS, BEIT, B.Sc. IT, B.Sc. CSIT).

For Veterinary Doctor: B.V.Sc. & AH/B.V.Sc. in Veterinary Science from a recognized university or institution and must be registered with the Nepal Veterinary Council.
Age Requirement: By the last date of application, candidates must have completed 21 years and must not exceed 35 years for men and 40 years for women.
Documents to Attach with Application: Application form, copy of Nepali citizenship, copies of minimum academic qualification certificates (including higher levels if available), copies of training certificates (if any), copies of work experience certificates (if any), original bank voucher of application fee payment, and two passport-size photographs. All documents must be self-certified by the applicant.
Application Fee Payment: The fee must be deposited at the Revenue Branch of Pakhribas Municipality or in the internal revenue account no. 0882050028843002 at NIC ASIA Bank under revenue title no. 14224.
Application Submission Location: Municipal Executive Office, Pakhribas, Dhankuta.
Selection Process: Shortlisting, written examination, and interview.
Curriculum and Service Facilities: For Information Technology Officer, as per the Provincial and Local Governance Support Programme (PLGSP). For Veterinary Doctor, as per the Agricultural Graduate Technical Mobilization Procedure, 2082, at the local level.
Examination Date: Information regarding the written and oral examination dates will be notified after the publication of the shortlist.
