Application Form and Fee: The application form can be obtained from the hospital’s Administration Section. The application fee is Rs. 600. Candidates must deposit the fee at the hospital’s cash counter and submit the original payment voucher along with the application.

The hospital has stated that the Staff Nurse (Fifth Level) personnel required during the fiscal year 2083/084 will also be recruited sequentially from the waiting list prepared on the basis of the examination conducted under this advertisement.
