Notice for Filling Public Health Officer Post on Contract Service

Rampur Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Rampur, Palpa, Lumbini Province, Nepal.

In order to operate the “M Swasthya Mero Samudaya Swasthya Ghar Tolma Swasthya Promotion Program” under the federal conditional grant of the Government of Nepal in the fiscal year 2082/083, it has become necessary to fill the positions of employees on contract service in this municipality as per the details below.

Therefore, applications are invited from interested Nepali citizens who meet the required qualifications within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice by duly submitting an application to this office.

Position/Level: Public Health Officer / Seventh

Number of Positions: 1 (one)

Required Minimum Qualification: Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree (BPH) in the Faculty of Public Health from a recognized educational institution.
Documents to be Submitted with the Application:

a) Personal details

b) Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate

c) Three recent passport-size photographs

d) Copies of all certificates of minimum academic qualification

e) Copy of work experience certificates and copy of appointment letter related to the said work experience

f) Copy of certificate of registration/renewal with the Nepal Health Professional Council.
Age Limit of the Candidate: Must have completed 21 years of age and not exceeded 35 years of age by the last date for submitting the application (in the case of female candidates, not exceeded 40 years).
Application Fee: Rs. 1,000 (in words, one thousand), to be deposited in the revenue section of this office, and the original receipt must be submitted.
Place to Submit Application: Rampur Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive.
Type of Examination: Written, interview.
Service Facilities: As specified by the Government of Nepal, an amount equal to the starting salary scale of Officer Level, Seventh Level.
Contract Period: Up to the end of Ashadh 2083. In case the budget is not allocated for the related program under the federal conditional grant of the Government of Nepal, the said program will not be continued.
Last Date for Submitting Application: Within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice.
Other Procedures Related to Application Format and Selection Method: All other procedures related to the application format and selection method shall be as per the “Procedure for Management of Technical Employees on Contract in Rampur Municipality, 2076.”
