Rastriya Beema Company Limited Calls Applications for Various Posts
Rastriya Beema Company Limited, located at Ramshah Path, Kathmandu, has called online applications from interested Nepali citizens who meet the prescribed minimum qualifications for permanent recruitment to various vacant posts through open competitive examination, as per the consent received from the Public Service Commission and the company’s Employee Service Conditions Regulations, 2074, including the First Amendment, 2078. The company published a notice on 2083 Asar 19 and invited applications.

Service Conditions, Age Limit, and Probation Period
Type of service: Permanent.
Salary and benefits: As per the company’s Employee Service Conditions Regulations, 2074, including the First Amendment, 2078.
Age limit: By the last date of application submission, candidates must have completed 21 years of age and must not exceed 35 years for officer-level posts, and must have completed 18 years of age and must not exceed 35 years for assistant-level posts. However, in the case of women and candidates with disabilities at all levels, the age must not exceed 40 years. The mentioned age limit shall not apply to permanent employees working in this company.
Probation period: The probation period shall be 6 months for women employees and 1 year for men employees.
Type of Examination and Fee
Type of examination: The examination shall consist of a written examination and interview. In addition, a practical examination related to computer skills will also be conducted for the posts under Advertisement No. 15, 16, 17, and RBCL-18 to 22. The written examination will be conducted by the Public Service Commission, and its date and center will be published later. The same examination will be conducted for open and inclusive groups.
Examination fee: The fee has been set at Rs. 1200/- for Level 8, 7, and 6 posts, and Rs. 800/- for Level 5 and 4 posts. For inclusive groups, an additional Rs. 400/- shall be charged for each additional group for Level 6 or higher, and an additional Rs. 200/- shall be charged for each additional group for Levels 4 and 5.
Application Submission Method and Deadline
Candidates must apply online by visiting the careers section of the company’s website www.rbcl.gov.np or directly through https://www.beemavacancy.com. In the case of fourth-level posts, candidates may fill out the application form through the online portal by attaching the certificate of having passed the pre-qualification examination conducted by the Public Service Commission on 2082/07/15 under the integrated examination system and other prescribed documents, and deposit the prescribed fee through eSewa.
The deadline for application submission is 21 days from the date of publication of the notice, up to 2083/04/09, and an additional 7 days, up to 2083/04/16, by paying double fee. If the last day for application submission falls on a public holiday, applications may be submitted until the following day.
Additional Documents to be Submitted by Inclusive Candidates
Adivasi/Janajati: In the case of a caste listed in the Nepal Adivasi/Janajati Upliftment National Academy Act, the document must be submitted on the basis of the same list. If there is more than one surname within the listed caste, the surname within the listed caste must be certified by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local level and submitted along with the application.
Persons with Disabilities: A disability certificate certified by the Social Welfare Council on the recommendation of an approved medical practitioner, or a disability identity card issued by the concerned local level mentioning the classification of disability as per Sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Act Relating to Rights of Persons with Disabilities, 2074, must be submitted.
Other Important Information
Candidates who succeed in the examination for Level 6 (Assistant Manager), Level 5 (Assistant ‘A’), and Level 4 (Assistant ‘B’) posts will be appointed by providing a branch-wise selection list on the basis of the final merit order. There is a mandatory provision requiring service for at least 5 years in the branch office of initial appointment.
A single application is sufficient for open and inclusive categories.
Only certificates related to educational qualification, inclusive status, experience, service period, and other documents issued by the last date of application submission shall be recognized.
