Rastriya Banijya Bank Calls Online Applications for Internal Competitive Examination
Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited has called online applications for recruitment to various vacant posts in the bank through internal competitive examination, as per the consent received from the Public Service Commission. The bank’s Vacancy Fulfillment Committee published a notice on 2083 Asar 19, inviting applications from eligible candidates within the prescribed deadline.
Qualification and Type of Examination
As per the provision in Sub-regulation (6) of Regulation 6 of the bank’s Employee Service Regulations, 2070 (Seventh Amendment), eligible employees working in a post one level below and having completed the minimum permanent service period and prescribed educational qualification as per Regulation (21) for promotion may submit applications.
Similarly, employees other than those who are not eligible to become candidates for promotion as per Regulations (12) and (23), and employees working in other services and groups in a post one level below who have completed the prescribed service period and educational qualification, may also participate in this internal competition. The notice states that the recruitment will be conducted through written examination and interview, and presentation will also be conducted for Officer Level 9 and 10.

Examination Fee and Application Submission Method
Examination fee: The examination fee has been set at Rs. 500/- for Level 5, Rs. 700/- for Levels 6, 7, 8, and 9, and Rs. 1,000/- for Level 10.
Application method: Candidates must visit the bank’s website or online portal https://recruitment.rbb.com.np and fill out the online application form as per the instructions provided there.
Fee payment: After filling in the details in the online portal, candidates must pay the fee through RBB Mobile Banking or other available online methods provided for fee payment.
Required documents: Candidates must scan and upload (attach) certificates showing service period and educational qualification along with the online form. In addition, candidates from inclusive groups other than women must also scan and upload a copy of the certificate proving that they belong to the concerned group.
Application Deadline and Other Information
Application deadline: The online application form can be filled within 21 (twenty-one) days from the starting date, 2083/03/19, that is, until 2083/04/07. The bank has clarified that candidates who do not fill the online form within the prescribed deadline or whose applications are not duly submitted will not be allowed to participate in the examination, and there will be no provision for filling the form after the prescribed deadline.
Examination conduct: The written examination for the mentioned posts will be conducted by the Public Service Commission.
Examination date and center: The date and examination center of the written examination will be published later.
