Right4Children, a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting and promoting the rights of children, is seeking applications from qualified and motivated candidates for the following positions:
- Training and Placement Officer-1
- Legal Advisor (Part-time position)-1
- Investigator-1
- Business to Youth Officer-1
We are looking for individuals with proven track records of experience, achievements, and qualifications. The salary for all positions will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
1: Training and Placement Officer-1
Competencies and qualifications required:
- Very good understanding of the local labour market situation and human resource needs
- Excellent business and entrepreneurship skills
- Good working skills on partnership building and relationship management, communication and negotiation, teamwork and motivation, network building and facilitation
- Very good command over English and Nepali languages, both in writing and speaking
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline with at least two years' experience in relevant field.
2: Legal Advisor (Part-time position)-1
Competencies and qualifications required:
- Experience of working with and for children, youth and women.
- Good working knowledge and practices on legal issues and affairs especially regarding children and women
- Very good knowledge of child rights and child protection, advocacy and campaigning skills
- Prior experience of providing legal assistance and support to victims of abuse, exploitation, harassment, trafficking, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with good English and Nepali language.
- Preference will be given to legal practitioners/advocates
3: Investigator-1
Competencies and qualifications required:
- In-depth knowledge of the adult entertainment sector and trafficking in persons
- Very good planning, observation, assessment, analysis, interpretation, communication and motivational skills
- Good command over Nepali and English language
- Dynamic and dependable with good interpersonal relationship skills, high level of confidence, and self-initiation
- Minimum bachelors level of education and specialized training/experience on case investigation
4: Business to Youth Officer-1
Competencies and qualifications required:
- Very good understanding of the local labour market situation and human resource needs
- Excellent business and entrepreneurship skills
- Good working skills on partnership building and relationship management, communication and negotiation, teamwork and motivation, network building and facilitation
- Experience working with girls and young women aged 18-24 years
- Very good command over English and Nepali languages, both in writing and speaking
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline with at least two years' experience in relevant field.
