Sagarmatha Insurance Company Ltd, incorporated in 1996, is Nepal's first Foreign Joint Venture general insurance company, having a joint venture with Ceylinco Insurance PLC, Sri Lanka. The company, which is backed by major industrial conglomerates, promotes employee growth and opportunity.

The company is constantly evolving and setting a benchmark in the insurance industry, with the help of its dynamic management. ln line with the company's expansion and growth strategy, the company is seeking to employ a number of potential candidates for our corporate office and branch offices all around Nepal.

Position	Desired Qualification & Experiences
Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager (Marketing) - Few	Bachelor's degree (preferably Master's degree) in Banking/ Insurance/ Marketing/ Economics/ Management. Prior experience of minimum 5-7 years In Insurance or Banking & Financial Institution/Industry.
Junior Officer / Officer/ Senior Officer (Marketing) - Few	Bachelor's degree (preferably Master's degree) in Banking/ Insurance/ Marketing / Economics/ Management. Prior experience of Minimum 3-5 years In Insurance or Banking & Financial Institution/ Industry.
Development Officer / Sr. Development Officer (Marketing) - Few	Bachelor's degree in in Banking/ Insurance/ Marketing/ Economics/ Management. Prior experience of Minimum 1-3 years in Insurance or Banking & Financial Institution/Industry.
Trainee Development Officer (Marketing) - Few	Fresh graduates with an objective to build a career in the Insurance industry are highly encouraged to apply. No Prior experience required
Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager (Underwriting) - One	Bachelor's degree (preferably Master's degree) in Banking/ Insurance/ Marketing/ Economics/ Management. Prior experience of minimum 5-7 years in the Insurance Industry.
Junior Officer (Claim) - One	Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering from a reputed University. Prior experience of minimum 1 year in related field with sound knowledge of insurance sector.
Junior Officer/ Officer (Technical) for (Agriculture and Micro Insurance) - One	Bachelor's degree in Animal Science/ Agriculture from a reputed University. Prior experience of minimum 1 year in related field with sound knowledge of insurance sector.
Officer (Compliance / Legal) - One	Bachelor's degree in Legislative Law from a reputed University. Preference will be given to individual's having Master's degree in legislative Law Prior experience of minimum 2 years in the related field.
Assistant (HR/ Admin) - Two	Bachelor's degree in Relevant Field. Prior experience of minimum 1 year in a related field. Should be able to type in English and Nepali
Officer (Reinsurance) - One	Bachelor's degree (preferably Master's degree) in Banking/ Insurance/Statistics/ Mathematics/ Economics/ Management. Prior experience in the relevant area of at least 2 years is required.
Assistant / Jr. Assistant (Reinsurance) - One	Bachelor's degree in Banking/ Insurance/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Economics/ Management
Officer (Marketing and Communication - One	Bachelor's degree (preferably Master's degree) In Marketing / Management. Prior experience in the relevant area of at least 4 years is required like Media Planning / Advertising / Branding / Digital Marketing.

Other Eligibility Criteria

a. Must be proficient in written/ spoken English and Nepali.

b. Must be Computer literate with working knowledge of Office Applications.

c. Good interpersonal skills.

d. Preference will be given to suitable local candidates from the vicinity of branch locations having experience in the Insurance and banking industry.
