1. Officer (Operation and Admin) — (For Putalisadak, Kathmandu (Junior Officer to Officer)
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management/Economics from a recognized university
Job Specifications:
- Minimum two years of banking experience in any NRB-licensed BFIs.
- Must be responsible for handling Banking Operations, Information Technology, Branch Coordination, General Administration, central operation, and central clearing and procurement as per policy.
- Maintaining operation activities as per prevailing laws and directives.
- Ability to seek continuous improvements and recommend solutions.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and good communication skills.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years.
2. Officer (Credit and Recovery)-1 For Putalisadak, Kathmandu (Officer to Senior Officer)
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management/ Economics from a recognized university
Job Specifications:
- Minimum two years of banking experience in any NRB-licensed BFIs.
- Sound knowledge in the credit and recovery department.
- Excellent communication skills (English, Nepali). Ability to seek continuous improvements and recommend solutions.
Age limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years.
3. Relationship Manager -2 For Chitwan, Hetauda, and Putalisadak (Assistant to Supervisor)
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management/ Economics from a recognized university
Job Specifications:
- Minimum one-year banking experience in any NRB licensed BFIs' with sound knowledge of in credit/operation.
- Excellent communication skills (English, Nepali).
- Ability to seek continuous improvements and recommend solutions. Only experienced candidates should apply.
