Sarathi Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, a national level company licensed as “D” class by Rashtra Bank, is currently operating in 24 districts with 67 branches. Since Sarathi Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited needs some skilled manpower at the support level for new branches to be established in the near future including the above branches;

Required Qualification:

(A) Branch Manager: Bachelor's degree in Management, Science, Commerce, or Business, or Humanities from a recognized University with a Bachelor's degree in Economics, or Certificate Level or 10+2, and at least 3 years of work experience in an assistant level position in the field of microfinance.

(B) Branch Manager / Assistant: Having passed Bachelor Level, or similar contract examination from a recognized university, Or Certificate level, or 10+2 passing Assistant and at least 2 years work experience in the position of Assistant level in Microfinance.

(C) Junior Assistant: Have passed Bachelor Level, or similar examination from a recognized University, or Certificate Level, or 10+2 and have at least 2 years of work experience in the position of Assistant Level in Microfinance.

(D) Junior Assistant Trainee: Special preference will be given to those who have passed SLC with a minimum C grade in SEE but have passed certificate level or 10 + 2 and have work experience in the field of microfinance.

Note: If you have obtained an academic degree from abroad, Tribhuvan University should have determined the same level of an academic degree.

(2) Age limit of the candidate: - For senior assistant, assistant, and junior assistant category, 18 years have been completed and not exceeding 35 years. But in the case of women candidates for permanent service, there will be additional 5 years.
