
Nepal Securities Board (SEBON), Vacancy Announcement 2082
Nepal Securities Board (SEBON), Khumaltar, Lalitpur, has published a notice inviting applications for positions to be filled through open and inclusive competitive examinations.
As per the consent received from the Public Service Commission (PSC), permanent positions at the Board will be filled under the provisions of the Nepal Securities Board Employee Service Terms and Conditions Rules, 2068 (with amendments). Eligible Nepali citizens are invited to apply.
Applications must be submitted through the Board’s online application system via www.sebon.gov.np. Applicants should go to the Career Tab or directly visit https://www.sebon.gov.np/career. If the last date falls on a public holiday, applications will be accepted on the next working day.
The written examination will be conducted by the Public Service Commission. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.

Instructions for Inclusive Category Applicants
Applicants applying under inclusive groups must prepare and submit the following:

Madhesi Candidates:
-
Certificate issued by an institution recognized by Nepal Gazette notification

If not published in Nepal Gazette: recommendation from the head of the local level and verification by the Chief District Officer

Dalit Candidates:

If listed by the National Dalit Commission: proof based on the list

If multiple surnames exist within a listed caste: recommendation from the local head and verification by the Chief District Officer

Important Notes

Candidates must not be disqualified as per SEBON Employee Service Rules, 2068 (with amendments).

Exams for open and inclusive categories under each service will be held jointly in one sitting.
-
Exam fees must be paid online via Connect IPS, e-Sewa, or Khalti within the deadline (including double fee period). Service charges to be borne by the applicant.

The double fee period will not be counted for age, qualification, or experience calculations.
-
Applications that do not meet eligibility criteria, miss deadlines, or fail to submit fees will be rejected.

Required academic qualifications must be obtained before the final application deadline. Foreign degrees must be certified for equivalency.

The Recruitment Committee reserves the right to cancel any application without giving reasons.

Candidates must use only black ink in the exam; otherwise, the answer sheet will be cancelled.

On exam day, candidates must bring their original citizenship certificate and admit card (downloaded from SEBON online system).
