Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC), Recruitment Committee, Jawalakhel, Lalitpur, Notice Regarding Recruitment.

The following vacant positions at NASC shall be filled permanently through performance evaluation-based promotion, internal competition, and open competitive examination with the consent of the Public Service Commission. In addition, some positions shall be filled on deputation from permanent employees of the Government of Nepal or universities of equivalent level.

For open competition, candidates must be Nepali citizens. The age requirement for Officer Third Level positions is between 21 to 35 years, and for Senior Assistant positions is between 18 to 35 years. Applications must be submitted within 21 days from the first date of publication of this notice, and with double fee within an additional 7 days.

Applicants must attach certified copies of citizenship and academic qualification certificates with the prescribed application form and submit it along with the original voucher of examination fee deposit of Rs. 1000 (One Thousand) in the current account no. 191001001974465000001 of Nepal Bank Limited, Jawalakhel, Lalitpur. The application form can be downloaded from NASC’s website (www.nasc.org.np). Applications not meeting requirements or received after the deadline will not be processed.

Special Notice Regarding Advertisement

As per the Supreme Court’s order dated 2079/10/24 on Writ No. 078-WO-0660 regarding transmission petitions, necessary legal arrangements will be made to compensate the proportion of inclusive posts lost in advertisements after FY 2079/80 due to lack of inclusion.

Documents Required for Inclusive Categories

Dalit Category: Caste listed by National Dalit Commission. If multiple surnames exist within the listed caste, certification must be provided by the Chief District Officer based on recommendation from the head of the local level.
Backward Areas: Citizenship certificate indicating permanent residence from Achham, Kalikot, Jajarkot, Jumla, Dolpa, Bajhang, Bajura, Mugu, or Humla districts, along with certification from the respective local level confirming current permanent residence in the same district.
