Sudurpashchim Pradesh Lok Sewa Aayog Vacancy for 4th Level Assistant: Province Public Service Commission, Sudurpashchim Pradesh, Dhangarhi, Kailali (Administration, Planning, and Information Publication Branch) has issued a notice (No. 94/2079-080) regarding the 4th level of local government services for technical posts in various service groups.
The vacant posts in the local levels located in the Far West Province are to be filled permanently through an open and inclusive competitive examination, as per the provisions of section 12 of the Adjustment Act, 2075.

How to Apply for Open and Inclusive Competitive Written Examination by Province Public Service Commission?
The Province Public Service Commission, Sudurpashchim Pradesh, Dhangarhi, Kailali has announced an open and inclusive competitive written examination for various technical posts in different service groups. If you're interested in applying, here is a guide on how to apply for the examination.
All advertised posts have to be submitted through the online application system of the Commission. Candidates need to pay an application fee of Rs. 300 for each advertisement. For additional advertising towards inclusive groups, a fee of Rs. 150 has to be paid. The application can be submitted through http://ppsconline.sudurpashchim.gov.np, and detailed information about the method of submitting the application can be viewed from https://psc.sudurpashchim.gov.np/.
Documents to be Uploaded:
Candidates submitting electronic applications must upload all the required details such as educational qualifications, training, permission (Council) certificate, inclusive group opening documents, and other documents specified in the relevant advertisement in the designated place of the online application system in PDF format. All candidates must upload their citizenship certificate on the front and back, experience, council certificate, recent passport size photograph, and signature in JPG format at the specified location. The documents must be uploaded in the prescribed format; otherwise, the admit card will not be printed.
The examination will be conducted in two stages - a written exam and an interview. The date of the written exam will be announced later, and the medium of examination can be Nepali or English or both Nepali and English.
The age limit for male candidates is between 18 to 35 years, and for women and disabled candidates, it is between 18 to 40 years. In the case of health service posts, the age limit is between 18 to 45 years until 2080/02/03. However, there is no age limit for existing permanent civil service, state civil service, and local government service employees. But, the employment status needs to be verified from the head of the office concerned.
Application Fee Payment:
After submitting the form through the Commission's online application system, go to My Application and All Application. Click on the Pay Button of the advertisement you have applied for. Choose Bank Online Payment and make payment by choosing the specified wallets Username and Password. For offline payment, go to My Application and click on All Application, then click on the Pay Button of the advertisement you have applied for. Then select the designated bank and select Offline Payment and click on Voucher by clicking here, generate and pay the specified amount to the respective bank along with the same voucher.
Last Date of Application:
The last date of application is 2080/02/03, and double payment is accepted till 2080/02/10. Candidates need to pay the examination fee/double fee compulsorily after submitting the application through online mode.
As per the State Public Service Commission (Operation of Work) Directive, 2078, if the application is not submitted or is submitted incorrectly, the application will be canceled at the time of submission, and there will be no hearing on the application, which is later canceled on any pretext. Hence, candidates need to pay special attention while filling the application form.
