Regional Sales Manager-02

  • Location: Kathmandu/Out of Kathmandu Valley.
  • Qualification: MBA/BBA completed from reputed University.
  • No. of Vacancies: Two
  • Salary: Best in the industry for the right candidates.


  • Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a business goal for the region.
  • Managing annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.
  • Developing specific plans to ensure periodic growth as per plan.
  • Reviewing achievements against plan and recommend improvement.
  • Ensure customer issues are attended appropriately and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain positive client and customer relationship.
  • Recommend product or line extension.
  • Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking and evaluating trade spending.

Job Specification:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in related filed if MBA, Minimum 7 years’ experience if BBA.
  • Ability to manage team.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Good planning & Organizational skill.
  • Must have good knowledge of computer.
  • Must have motivational & good commanding skill.
  • Must have a valid driving license of 2 wheeler.


Area Sales Manager-05

  • Location: Kathmandu/Out of Kathmandu Valley.
  • Qualification: MBA/BBA complete from reputed College/University.
  • No. of Vacancies: Five

  • Communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions, enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Achieve area sales operational objectives by contributing area sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and competing action plans.
  • Preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances.
  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota; in support of national objectives,
  • Maintain and expand customer base by counselling area sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.


  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field if MBA, Minimum 5 years’ experience if BBA.
  • Good communication skills.
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Ability to meet targets.
  • Must have good business sense.
  • Should be smart & dynamic.
  • Identity potential customer.
  • Must have a valid driving license of 2 wheeler.


Sr. Sales Officer / Sales Officer – 05

  • Location: Dhading and Trishuli-01, Lahan area-01, Bhairawa-01, Butwal-01
  • Qualification: BBA/BBS complete from reputed College/University.
  • Preference: MBA/MBS
  • No. of Vacancies: Five
  • Salary: Negotiable

Note: Local people will be given top priority.


  • Get Optimum business from current dealers.
  • Aggressive planning of business expansion in specified area.
  • Achieve the target assigned to the area.
  • Continuously plan and achieve growth vertically and horizontally.
  • Ensure best branding and suggest for marketing activities in assigned area.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field.
  • Must have good communication skill in both English and Nepali.
  • Must be willing to travel frequently.
  • Well knowledge of computer.
  • Must have own 2 wheeler and valid driving license.

HR-Officer. Sr. Officer -01

  • Location: Kathmandu
  • Qualification: MBA / MBS complete from reputed college / University.

  • Calculation of leaves and look after attendance of each staffs of the organization.
  • Look after vacancy announcement, screening applications, recruitment procedure, correct placement, etc.
  • Coordinating with staffs and management.
  • Plan for the training and development of the staffs.
  • Look after the revision of HR policies.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.


  • At least Master’s degree with specialization in Human Resources.
  • Fluent in both Nepali and English.
  • Should have good knowledge on HR system.
  • Should have good communication skills.
  • Should have good knowledge of computer.
