Application Process
Applicants must submit the online application form through the CTEVT ITMS system at ctevtexam.org.np. The form may be submitted by the applicant or through the concerned educational institution. The CTEVT examination portal lists online application services, including full-fee application form submission.
For the full-fee category, an applicant may apply for only one program at one educational institution at diploma or certificate level. The application fee must be paid online through the prescribed digital payment method. Applicants must upload clear scanned copies of the required original documents.
Applications with missing, unclear, or invalid documents may be returned for correction or cancelled as per CTEVT procedures.
Eligibility
For diploma and certificate-level health programs, applicants must have passed SEE or an equivalent examination from a recognized institution with compulsory English, Mathematics, and Science.
The CTEVT admission information states that health program applicants should have a minimum GPA of 2.0 out of 4.0, or an equivalent qualification. CTEVT’s course information also refers to SEE-level entry requirements for certificate/diploma programs and separate GPA requirements for health and non-health subjects.
Applicants who passed through the earlier SLC system or through Technical SLC should follow the eligibility rules prescribed by CTEVT, including subject and marks requirements. Applicants with foreign qualifications must submit an equivalence certificate where applicable.

Selection Method
Selection will be based on merit as prescribed by CTEVT. Merit may include SEE/SLC academic performance and applicable school-type weightage. If applicants have equal merit scores, priority will be determined according to CTEVT’s tie-breaking rules, including marks or grades in Mathematics, Science, and English.
