Notice of Medical Education Commission to Universities, Technical Education and Vocational Training Council (CTEVT) and Educational Institutions

In the academic session 2078/079 published on 2078-8-8 of the Examination Control Office of the Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training, all concerned are informed to do the following as per the decision of the Executive Committee regarding the information regarding filling the application form in the certificate level nursing program.

1) As there is no certificate level program in accordance with Article 42 of the National Medical Education Act, 2075, in the universities / institutes and the affiliated and affiliated educational institutions of the university; From the meeting of the Medical Education Commission dated 2077 Shrawan 30, it was decided not to conduct such level programs from the academic session 2077/078 and for the implementation of that decision technical education has been provided through the concerned university through Chalani Number 125 dated 2077-05-30. And the Vocational Training Council (CTEVT) Examination Control Office. Universities are requested to immediately make arrangements for non-enrollment of students in certificate level programs in their affiliated colleges. If the instructions given by the commission are not implemented within the scope of the prevailing act and rules, it is requested that Article 14 of the National Medical Education Act, 2075 BS be attracted.

2) After completing the process as per the letter of Chalani Number 94 (Directorate of Standards) 2078-05-23 of this Commission regarding the letter of Technical Education and Vocational Training Council (CTEVT) standardization branch and submitting it to the Commission as per Article 17 of National Medical Education Act, 2075 No decision has been taken regarding the determination of the number, but it seems that the CTEVT has also called for applications by allocating seats in the certificate level nursing subject in the affiliated and affiliated educational institutions of the university; As the said information is contrary to Article 42 of the National Medical Education Act and the decision of the Medical Education Commission dated 2077 BS, request to cancel the information related to the admission of students in such educational institutions.

3) If the educational institutions involved in the nominations in the notice of CTEVT run the certificate level programs contrary to the Article 42 of the National Medical Education Act, 2075 and the decision of the Commission dated 2077 Shrawan 30. As Article 14 of the same Act is appealing, it is advised not to conduct such programs by paying attention to the possible consequences.
