Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalayas Invite Applications for Class 11 Admission
Applications have been invited from eligible and meritorious students under military and non-military categories who wish to enroll in Class 11 under the National Examinations Board for the academic session 2083/084 at various Sainik Mahavidyalayas.
The application form can be obtained from the concerned Mahavidyalaya or through its website by paying the prescribed fee. The notice states that the entrance examinations of all Mahavidyalayas will be conducted in physical presence.

Applications have been invited only from female students for Bijeshwori Gyan Mandir Sainik Mahavidyalaya. Information about the minimum qualifications required to apply under military and non-military quotas and the subjects to be taught can also be obtained from the notice board, Facebook page, or website of the concerned Mahavidyalaya.
Documents to be Submitted with the Application Form
1. One copy of the SEE examination grade sheet and recommendation letter/character certificate issued by the school showing the student’s age.
2. One copy of the SEE examination admit card.
3. One copy of the birth registration certificate issued by the local registrar.
4. Two recently taken photographs: one passport-size and one auto-size photograph.
5. In the case of children of serving military personnel, one recommendation letter from the head of the concerned unit certifying that the applicant is the person’s own son or daughter; or, in the case of children of former military personnel, one copy of the pension document.

Time: From 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

2. Written Entrance Examination
Date: 2083/02/10
Time: 1:00 PM
All candidates, including students who passed the SEE from Sainik Mahavidyalayas, must compulsorily participate in the entrance examination and be selected to study in Class 11.
The notice states that under the quota for all ranks of military personnel and staff, the policy of one couple, one child, and one level will apply. Other conditions will be as prescribed by the Mahavidyalaya.
