Tribhuvan University, Examination Control Office, Balkhu Notice to fill the examination application form for the candidates appearing for the 3-year post-graduate level LLM first year partial examination.
According to the annual examination system by Tribhuvan University Examination Control Office, Balkhu: Partial candidates appearing for the 3-year post-graduate level LLM first year examination to be conducted in 2079 BS; This information has been published for the information of all concerned to fill in the application form along with the regular fee and double fee within one week from the date of 2079-01-21 to 2079-02-20 in their respective campuses.
1) Regarding the examination application form:
(A) The examination application form should be filled out by the student himself and submitted to the concerned office itself. Otherwise, the TU Office of the Controller of Examinations will not be held accountable.
B) This will be the last examination for those who are enrolled in 3 years post-graduate level in 2070 BS and have passed the first year examination for the first time in 2071 BS.
C) All the candidates must mention the previous roll number on the examination application form.
D) To fill up the examination application form, 2 recent passport-size photos (in plain clothes) will be required.
E) If you have to get a copy of the admission card till the examination period, you will have to submit the photo as used in the examination application form.
2) Regarding the deadline for filling up the examination application form: -
A) The campuses of Kathmandu Valley must submit the examination application form along with the bank voucher to the TU Office of the Controller of Examinations in Balkhu within 2 days of the last date.
B) When submitting the examination forms, the concerned TU office of the Controller of Examinations should first submit the form along with the bank voucher to the concerned branch by verifying the form.
3) Regarding examination fee: -
A) Section fee for partial candidates: Rs. 640 / -
B) Exam Application Form Fee: Rs. 6 / -
C) Examination center fee per section: Rs. 110 / -
D) Fee for experimental examination per segment subject: Rs. 175 / -
E) Experimental examination fee for two or more subjects: Rs. 325 / -
F) Fieldwork, term paper, and project work: Rs. 325 / -.
4) Regarding payment of examination fee: -
A) Campuses within the Kathmandu Valley have deposited examination-related fees in the name of TU Office of the Controller of Examinations in the name of TU Office of the Controller of Examinations by depositing the examination related fees in the income account No. 05010100000500 of Global IME Bank Ltd. The form should be submitted to the office.
B) Campus of TU Regional Office of the Controller of Examinations, Pokhara Region will have to submit the examination form along with the voucher of all the examination-related fees at TU Regional Examination Control Office, Pokhara Current Account 09100101101340000001 Nepal Bank Limited Bagar Branch, Pokhara.
