Asian Institute of Technology and Management (AITM - एसियन इस्टिच्युट अफ टेक्नोलोजी एण्ड म्यानेजमेन्ट) was established in 2012 AD as a private educational institute located in Khumaltar Heights, Godawari Sadak, Lalitpur.

Established on June 20, 2012, the college is located in the ancient city of Lalitpur and has its own modern 4-storey building consisting of 49 spacious classrooms, 19 laboratories, 2 libraries, 4 workshops, 2 conference halls, 1 auditorium, 20 big office rooms, 2 cafeterias, 1 fine dining hall, and 1 basketball court, among others. AITM College exclusively offers national programs at the secondary level, while providing international degrees of the highest caliber at the undergraduate and graduate levels, including Bachelor in International Hotel and Tourism Management, Bachelor in Computing and Information Technology, and Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
The college is managed by educationists and professionals with over three decades of proven track record in both national and international experiences. AITM aims to be a positive agent of change, both nationally and internationally, by collaborating with reputed academic institutions, such as the International Management Institute (IMI), Switzerland, and Birmingham City University. AITM has joined hands with Little Angels’ College (LAC) and Xavier Academy (XA), two privately owned and managed colleges, to form the Nepal Education Foundation – Consortium of Colleges, Nepal, now known by its acronym NEF-CCN. The main objective of forming this consortium was to create an entity that could become a national university by virtue of its physical facilities, academic programs, and excellent academic track record.
