Admission Guidelines for Central Engineering Campus:

Diploma (3 Years) Program: To be eligible for enrollment in the Diploma program, students need to meet the following criteria:

• Obtained 1.6 out of 4 CGPA in Mathematics, Science, and English in their SLC/SEE or equivalent level
• Completed Technical SLC from CTEVT with a minimum of 68.33% aggregate, or
• Completed a technical course in SEE or SLC with a minimum GPA of 1.6 Students who meet any of the above criteria will have to pass the Entrance Exam conducted by CTEVT.

Pre-Diploma (18 Months) Program: To be eligible for enrollment in the Pre-Diploma program, students need to:

• Have passed SEE or equivalent level. Students who fulfill the above criteria will have to pass the Entrance Exam conducted by CTEVT.

Enrollment Procedure: Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria need to follow the below steps to enroll in the Central Engineering Campus:

• Collect the application form from the college or CTEVT
• Fill the application form and submit it along with 3 color passport-size photographs
• Attach certified copies of all relevant academic/professional qualifications and transcripts
• Pay the Application Form Fee according to CTEVT
• Submit a copy of the Nepalese Citizenship

Courses Offered:

Central Engineering Campus (CEC) offers several courses in the field of engineering that are affiliated with the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT). • Diploma in Architecture Engineering: This is a 3-year program that covers various aspects of architectural design, construction, and management. Students are trained to use software and tools required for creating architectural designs and blueprints.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering: This is a 3-year program that covers various aspects of civil engineering such as surveying, geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, and transportation engineering. Students learn to design and construct buildings, roads, bridges, and other infrastructure.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering: This is a 3-year program that covers various aspects of electrical engineering such as power generation, transmission, and distribution, electrical machines, control systems, and instrumentation. Students learn to design, install and maintain electrical systems.
• Pre-Diploma in Civil Engineering (Civil Sub-Overseer): This is an 18-month program that prepares students to work as civil sub-overseers. Students learn to supervise construction sites, maintain quality control, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Pre-Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Electrical Sub-overseer): This is an 18-month program that prepares students to work as electrical sub-overseers. Students learn to supervise electrical installations, maintain electrical systems, and troubleshoot electrical problems.
