Overview
College of Natural Resource Management (CNRM) was established in 2017 and located in Pakhribas, Dhankuta district of Nepal. It is the newly established college of Agriculture and Forestry University (AFU) under Faculty of Agriculture (FoA), Rampur Chitwan. The CNRM was approved by the Special Senate meeting of AFU was held in 18th April, 2017. The total students are 52 with 19 girls and 33 boys. The Principal of CNRM, Pakhribas was appointed on the 14th Magh, 2074. At present, the college is running under the premises of Jalpa Devi Multiple Campus, Pakhribas, Dhankuta.
This structure was provided by Pakhribas Municipality having 6 rooms and accommodating classes, office, store, library and laboratories. It has three years' phase for construction of our own buildings for academic, administration, farm structure and residential, etc. Then after It will shift our all programs in its own endowments. The AFU branch college of CNRM, Pakhribas was established with the help of “Krishi College Sthapanartha Tadartha Committee”. This committee have managed land either donation or purchase about 100 ropanies of land and handover land certificates to AFU. The committee is trying to manage additional land for AFU.
