Gram Prakash Multiple Campus (ग्रामप्रकाश बहुमुखी क्याम्पस) is a community campus in Shivanath Rural Municipality-2, Sharmali, Baitadi, Sudurpashchim Province, Nepal. On 2080 Falgun 9, the Executive Council of Tribhuvan University officially recorded the campus address as Shivanath Rural Municipality-2, Sharmali. Before that, it had been listed under Jaljala Rural Municipality, Lekhphant, Parbat, Gandaki Province — and was eventually moved from Parbat to its present location in Baitadi.
The campus was established to make higher education more accessible for students in rural areas. For many in Sharmali, continuing studies after school meant long distances, significant costs, and few nearby options.
Academic Programs
BBS: Bachelor of Business Studies is a four-year program under the annual system, offered through Tribhuvan University's Faculty of Management.
B.Ed.: Bachelor of Education is also a four-year annual-system program, under Tribhuvan University's Faculty of Education. Available subject areas include Health, Population, and Nepali.
Community Support and Scholarships
Shivanath Rural Municipality supports the campus, which keeps its fees low and offers scholarships for local students. It also serves students from socially backward communities through accessible, community-based education.
The Campus Management Committee decided on 2081 Falgun 11 to rename the campus as Shivnath Multiple Campus. That name will come into effect once Tribhuvan University gives its approval.
