B.Sc IT (Hons) Scholarships

• National ICT Scholarship: Aimed at students pursuing B.Sc.(Hons.) in Information Technology. Eligibility extends to 10+2 graduates or equivalent, including Diploma holders in Computer Engineering from CTVET. This scheme particularly benefits female students, promoting educational opportunities for young women.

Female Merit ICT Scholarship

• Based on high-school board examination percentages, this scholarship is awarded in various tiers, benefiting students who have demonstrated academic excellence.

Merit Scholarship

• Awarded based on performance in LBEF Campus's Common Entrance Examination, internal evaluations, and End Semester exams. The scholarship percentage varies depending on the score achieved.

Admission Guidelines

Admission Requirements for Bachelors (Hons) Degree Programs (Computing & Technology)

Direct Entry to Level 1 of the Degree:

• Completion of 10+2 or equivalent (any discipline) with a minimum of 60% in Mathematics at SLC level.
• A-Level completion with at least a pass in 2 subjects and O-Level or equivalent with credit in Mathematics.
• STPM completion with 2 full passes or equivalent, minimum CGPA of 2.0, and SPM or equivalent with credit in Mathematics.
• Other qualifications accepted by APU as equivalent.

Direct Entry to Level 2 of the Degree:

• Completion of Level 1 of an APU Computing & Technology Programme.
• A Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent with minimum CGPA of 2.5.
• Any other Diploma with a minimum CGPA of 2.5, and credit in Mathematics at SPM level.
• Other qualifications accepted by APU as equivalent.

Bachelors (Hons) Degree Programs (Business & Management)

Direct Entry to Level 1 of the Degree:

• Completion of 10+2 or equivalent (any discipline).
• 2 passes at 'A' Levels and 4 Grade C passes at O-Levels/GCSE.
• 2 principal passes at STPM level.
• APU foundation or equivalent.
• Other qualifications accepted by APU as equivalent.

Direct Entry to Level 2 of the Degree:

• Completion of the APU Diploma.
• Completion of studies in another recognized institute with credits equivalent to Level 1 of an honors degree (subject to APU Academic Board approval).

Admission Procedure

• Intake Periods: Spring, Fall, and Winter.
• Selection: Based on entrance examination and personal interview.
• Application: Submit the form with prescribed fees and required documents to the Admission Officer within the stipulated time.

Documents Required at the Time of Admission

• Attested Xerox copy of SLC marks card and character certificate.
• Attested Xerox copy of 10+2/equivalent marks cards, academic transcript, character certificate, provisional pass certificate, and migration certificate.
• Attested Xerox copy of proof of nationality.
• Submission of all original certificates at the time of admission, which will be returned after the completion of the first semester. Students must obtain no due from the Accounts Department for the current semester.
• For appearing students, eligibility documents must be submitted within the deadlines set by the Admission Department.
