Overview
Machhapuchhre Education Campus (माछापुच्छ्रे शिक्षा क्याम्पस, ढिकुरपोखरी, कास्की) was established in 2001 AD as a community campus and is located at Annapurna Rural Municipality-2, Dhikur Pokhari, Kaski, Gandaki Province of Nepal.
It is affiliated with Tribhuvan University (TU) and offers a four-year, full-time undergraduate program in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). The campus provides various facilities along with scholarships for deserving and merit-based students. As a community-based institution, it maintains a minimal fee structure. UGC Nepal, Annapurna Rural Municipality, and the Provincial Government provide financial support for its operation.
Mission
At Machhapuchhre Education Campus, we believe everyone deserves the chance to learn and grow, no matter where they come from. We’re more than just a place to study—we’re a community that’s here to support each other and help every student become a thoughtful, responsible, and caring person who gives back and uplifts our nation.
Vision
Our vision is to be a place where everyone feels welcome and inspired to learn—right here in Gandaki Province and beyond. We want education to be something everyone can share, not just a select few. We’re here to help students grow into confident, kind, and skilled people who are ready to take on whatever challenges come their way, whether at home or around the world.
Objectives
-
We work hard to make sure students from rural areas and less privileged backgrounds have the same chances to continue their education as anyone else.
-
Our Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) program focuses on real learning—strong academics, hands-on experience, and helping each student grow as a whole person.
-
We provide scholarships and the support students need, so those who work hard can reach their goals, no matter their circumstances.
-
We team up with UGC Nepal, Annapurna Rural Municipality, and our Provincial Government to keep making our educational services better for everyone.
-
By working closely with our sister school, Machhapuchhre Secondary (Grades 1–12), we make sure our students get well-rounded support at every step of their journey.
-
We aim to help future teachers and professionals become the best they can be, so they can make a real difference in classrooms and communities across Nepal.
It has a sister organization, Machhapuchhre Secondary School (Grades 1-12).
