Millennium Secondary School was established in 2000 AD (2057 BS) as a public school located in Tansen, Palpa district of Nepal. It is affiliated to National Examinations Board (NEB) for Ten plus Two programs. This school is managed by a team of self-motivated, enthusiastic, and highly experienced academicians. It has a sister organization Millennium Multiple campus offers TU affiliated Bachelor Degree Programs in Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
