Netrawati Community Multiple Campus was established in 2064 BS (2007/08 AD) through the initiative of local social workers, education supporters, donors, and respected community members connected with Shree Achane Secondary School. In its early stage, classes were operated from the Achane Secondary School building. As the campus expanded, land adjoining the school boundary was acquired in the campus name on a paid basis, creating a permanent base for academic and administrative operations.
The campus was founded to extend higher education opportunities to rural and hill communities where university access often requires long-distance travel. It has continued to strengthen academic delivery, campus infrastructure, and learning resources through coordinated local support and institutional grants.
The campus is located in Tripurasundari Rural Municipality–7, Khahare, Dhading district. It lies about 34 km north of Dhadingbesi along the Mid-Hill Highway corridor and near the confluence area of the Netravati River.
Students commonly come from Tripurasundari and nearby local governments, including:
Netravati Dabjong Rural Municipality
Khaniyabas Rural Municipality
Ruby Valley Rural Municipality
Ganga Jamuna Rural Municipality
