BSc Computer Science and Information Technology (BSc CSIT)

Are BCA and BSc CSIT the same?

No. Both programs involve computing, but they differ in entry requirements and academic emphasis.

BCA accepts students from a wider range of academic backgrounds and concentrates on computer applications, programming, software development, databases, and applied information technology.

Can management students study BSc CSIT?

BSc CSIT admission requires a science background with the prescribed study of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Students from a management stream who do not meet these conditions are not eligible through the regular admission route.

Why may BCA suit students from non-science backgrounds?
