CMAT admission pathway
Admission includes the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) scheduled by the Faculty of Management, TU, and an interview process. The test covers verbal ability, quantitative ability, business and economics, logical reasoning, and general awareness.

Teaching, Evaluation, and Academic Routine

Internal assessment

Students participate in internal tests, class assignments, monthly tests, and class tests. The academic session includes terminal examinations and unit tests.

Terminal examinations and unit tests

The academic session includes three terminal examinations and two unit tests.

Attendance and examination eligibility

Attendance records are reviewed before processing examination forms. NEB final examination eligibility requires a minimum of 90% attendance.

Daily routine and punctuality

Morning shift reporting time: at or before 6:30 am

Repeated late arrival results in disciplinary action.

Code of Conduct and Campus Rules

Dress code

Students wear the prescribed campus uniform in class. Expectations include proper tie-knot, tucked shirt, black belt and shoes, and a neat school bag. Items such as dyed hair, cosmetics, fancy accessories, and modified uniforms are not allowed.

Mobile phone rule

Mobile phones are not allowed inside campus premises. If a phone is found in class, it is seized for the academic session and the student faces suspension as per campus rules. Mobile phones are not permitted during terminal examinations.

Attendance discipline

Students must submit leave applications signed by parents/guardians and inform the administration on the day of absence. Long, unreported absence leads to disciplinary action.
