The curriculum covers management, accounting, finance, marketing, human resource management, economics, business mathematics, statistics, business communication, information technology, research, entrepreneurship, operations management, and legal and business subjects related to management.
Students can also take concentration courses in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or Information Technology Science. Seminar, simulation, practicum, experiential learning, and business simulation are included within the academic structure.
First-semester study consists of Business Communication, Business Mathematics, Micro Economics, Information Technology for Business, Foundations of Management, and Practicum on Business Communication.
Applicants must have completed twelve-year schooling or an equivalent qualification with at least 45 percent in aggregate or a CGPA of 1.8 on a 4.0 scale. They must also have a minimum D grade in each subject from a university, board, or institution recognized by Rajarshi Janak University.
Admission requires a score of 40 percent or above in the Rajarshi Janak University Central Management Admission Test (RJU-CMAT). The entrance examination contains 100 objective questions carrying 100 marks.
The test covers verbal ability, quantitative ability, logical reasoning, and general awareness, with 25 questions assigned to each area. Selection for admission is based on the entrance examination score.
