Practical and Applied Learning

Students complete a Business Communication Practicum, Macroeconomics Seminar, Digital Marketing Practicum, New Venture Creation, Experiential Learning, Business Simulation, and Internship. These components together connect classroom subjects with presentations, problem-solving, business analysis, teamwork, and applied assignments.

The curriculum also supports learning through case studies and project work. At VG College, this fits the campus's emphasis on business discussions, student presentations, teamwork, faculty mentoring, and practical academic activities.

Specialization

Specialization becomes more prominent during the later semesters. Students take one specialization course in Semester VI, two in Semester VII, and two in Semester VIII.

The RJU curriculum includes specialization options in areas such as accounting, finance, marketing, and information technology-related business study. Listed courses include Corporate Finance, Fundamentals of Investment, Commercial Bank Management, Fundamentals of Marketing Research, Social Media and Digital Marketing, Service Marketing, Brand Management, Cybersecurity for Business, Management of Technology, and Venture Creation through IT.

This structure allows students to build a general management foundation before taking a group of courses related to a selected functional area.
